Izanamikun Reborn

   Well, it took long enough, didn't it? Here we are, a bit into 2020, and everything's jumbled around again. Except not really ~ because Izanamikun was always about the story. But first, let's address the elephant in the room, shall we?

   Games, parenting, and lessons - oh my! Yeah, that was the old focus of Izanamikun, and to be honest it (clearly) became too much to keep up with. Sure, I still use games for personal insights and developments, but explaining those to other people can be quite a chore!

   Aside from that, a lot happened in my personal life I'm not getting into here. Let's just say things got crazy, as life often does. At this point, it's pretty obvious to me things will have to change to move forward. So, change they shall.

The New Direction
   Ew, ok, bad joke there. Anyway, the new path is mashing up my two favorite things: game play and storytelling/writing. Why? Well, other than them being super enjoyable to me, I've noticed there's not a lot of "let's write" videos out there. And while people use games and other media as inspiration for fan fiction all the time, there's very few people out there mashing them together. (If any.) 

   And maybe there's a copyright issue to that I'm unaware of, but for now I'm going to assume it's probably ok. I mean, sure, if the game has a canon story that's probably copyrighted. But the games I'll be using for inspiration are more situationally generated than that. And as I gain followers, I'll probably do my due diligence and get permission from the devs just in case. You know, cuz adulting has legal consequences if done wrong. 

   *Update: I got as close to permission as I can get without having something they can watch already, so the first video(s) are under way!
